invoicing procedure

Coppell Conservatory's school year spans a period of 12 months from August to August and consists of a total of forty two (42) teaching weeks.  Some months will have 5 teaching weeks, others will have less, depending upon the length of the month and the number of holidays in it.  To view or to print this year's calendar, please click here.  Tuition does not include any hollidays or scheduled closing days.

TUITION PAYMENT: You may choose one of the following options:

(1) Yearly Payment: a single lump sum payment is made at enrollment time.  Under this option the student benefits from an average discount of 7.0%. Tuition paid is non-refundable.

(2) 10-month Option:  this option is available only for students enrolling no later than August.  While the student has lessons during all 12 months (August through July), he/she is invoiced from August to May only  (10 installments). Under this option the student benefits from an average discount of 5.2%  The discounted value of the yearly tuition is divided into ten (10) equal installments.  Tuition paid is non-refundable.

(3) 12-month Option:  this option is available to all students.  The standard  value of the yearly tuition is divided into twelve (12) equal monthly payments, and the student is invoiced from August through July.

Although  the  number  of  lessons  varies  from   month to month (some months have 5 teaching weeks, others have less), the monthly amount invoiced always remains unchanged.

You will receive a monthly statement showing the tuition amount corresponding to your selected payment option and itemizing any additional fees for music books, materials, festival entry fees, contests fees, etc.  Payments may be made by check or in cash; credit cards are not accepted.   All payments are due by the 1st of the month.
