Coppell Conservatory - Invoicing Process

Coppell Conservatory's school year spans a period of 12 months from August to August and consists of forty two (42) teaching weeks. Some months will have 5 teaching weeks, others will have 4 or less, depending upon the number of holidays in that month. To view or to print this year's calendar, please click here.

The Yearly Tuition for each category is divided into twelve (12) equal installments invoiced monthly. Although the number of lessons varies from month to month (some months have 5 teaching weeks, others have 4, and others 3), the monthly installments remain unchanged.

You will receive a monthly statement itemizing any additional fees for music, materials, festivals, contests, etc. Payments may be made by check or in cash; credit cards are not accepted. All payments are due on the 1st of the month.

There is a 5% discount when paying the full year tuition in August.
